- We accept PayPal. If you do not have VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express or DISCOVER, but you have other kinds
of credit or debit cards, you can use PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay anyone with an email
address in 56 countries. To send money, you do not have to apply for an account at PayPal.

For Credit Card Purchases
- Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
- We never bill for credit card service fees.
- For international Credit Card orders, please fill out the
Credit Card Authorization Form
and fax to us at 1-919-469-0208. Your order will NOT be processed until we have your signed authorization form.
- You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at DailyVita.com. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of our site that require any personal information.
- DailyVita.com will not bill you until your products, including backordered items, are actually shipped.
For PayPal Purchases
- If you make a purchase using PayPal, your account is charged before your product is shipped.
- The Ship-To address on your order must be a PayPal "verified address", when that is an option in your country. Please make sure your account with PayPal lists your Ship-To address as a verified address.
- When you make a purchase using PayPal, you are momentarily connected to the PayPal web site during our checkout procedure via encrypted secure connection. You must complete your transaction at the PayPal site and return to your DailyVita.com checkout procedure to complete your order.
For Check/Money Order Purchases

Customs Duties and Taxes
Due to import prohibitions, we may not be able to ship to your specific country. Some countries may
require various types of import licenses. We will not knowingly ship any product to any country that may
require any type of license. Please check with the destination's local authorities to determine if an
import license is needed before ordering from us.
All customs duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will not be
held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. We do not collect
any duties or taxes from you, and do not know how much they will cost you. Please check with the destination
country's customs services.
Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and
country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse
to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills us for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the
applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place
future orders. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Shipping Disclaimers
- Upgrading to Next Day does not mean you will get your order the next day. Upgrading to Next Day or 2nd Day does not change how
long it takes us to assemble and ship your order--it only reduces the travel time after the package leaves our warehouse. For example, an order that
upgraded to Next Day will usually leave our warehouse on the same or 2nd business day and reach you on the 2nd or 3rd business day.
- We offer United States Postal Service(USPS), FedEx. We reserve the rights to select the shipping method and carriers to meet
your requirement.
- Next day and 2nd day service may not be available in all locations, please refer to www.Fedex.com before you choose such shipping methods for
your particular city.
- All days listed in shipping method are estimated days provided by our carriers. Although DailyVita will ship all in stock orders out within the next business day, DailyVita cannot guarantee packages will arrive within that estimated timeline. if you have any questions regarding the delivery time, please contact us or the carrier you selected for detail before placing your order.
- DailyVita.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes
beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following:
Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays,
disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather
phenomena and natural disasters.

We offer FREE budget shipping service within United States.* (*All offers valid while supplies last and are
for ground service only. Saturday delivery
is not available in all locations. Other limitations apply. Orders shipped to
NC are subject to state and local sales tax, as applicable. DailyVita.com
does not deliver on Sunday or major holidays. Overnight Delivery is not available
in all locations, including remote areas such as Hawaii and Alaska.)
Just for your assurance before you fill out the customer information and payment
information the shipping charge will appear on the page. DailyVita.com automatically
computes and displays shipping charges whenever you select to check out. You
will know the exact amount of shipping cost to your purchase before you actually
need to submit your payment information. There will be no "Hidden"
charges.

Delivery Attempts
FedEx will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave
a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable
after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will
be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any
shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery,
a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges
(if applicable). All returned packages will be consider customer return. Please look at return information section below for more
detail. All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leaving Signed Notes
By leaving a signed note giving FedEx permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished DailyVita and FedEx of any and all
responsibility for loss or damage.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
Our standard shipping rate does not apply to orders shipping to P.O.Box or
APO/FPO addresses. Please provide an alternative street address in the shipping
information fields. Please contact us for detail shipping rate if you wished
to ship to P.O.Box or APO/FPO addresses. If you still have the P.O. Box listed
in the "ship to" address it will automatically default to the postal
service. And your order will be on hold until we get the shipping price adjusted.
You must make sure you delete any reference to the P.O. or APO address from
the shipping field. We can ship to APO/FPO addresses using U.S. Postal Service
Registered Mail. Missing orders can only be traced after 15 business days from
the ship date. Replacement orders or credit for damaged or missing orders will
not be issued until the US Postal Service has approved the claim; the claims
process could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks. The U.S. Postal Service imposes weight
and size limitations on shipments to some locations. Please consult your local
postal office for more information.

Products sold by DailyVita.com are covered by a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated.
Orders which have not been shipped can be cancelled (via E-mail) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on
canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we
can (in general before 12PM EST). Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped
out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad
address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee or all shipping cost involved whichever is higher.
NO RETURN or Credit after 30 days of purchase.
NO RETURN for clearance items.
All returns covered under our 30-day Money Back Guarantee are subject to the following condition:
All returns must be send out no later than 30 days from the date of the purchase.
All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in
order to receive full credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE
for all products.
In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item
there is a mandatory minimum of $4.95 deduction off your total refund.

In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake,
different than the actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please contact
us immediately so we can send you a “call tag” to have the incorrect
shipment picked up at our expense.

Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfy with the item.
