Is my information kept secure and safe?

How do I find a product?

A product I wish to buy is showing out of stock. Can I still order it?
Yes, however there might be a delay of your shipment. Normally all backorder items will be restock within a week, unless the product is being discontinued.
We will email you the estimate shipping day after the order is placed and provide options of holding your shipment until it is complete or eliminating the backordered product from your order.

How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?
To delete an item from your cart, just check the "Remove Products" box next to the products you want to remove and click Update button at the bottom of the shipping cart page.,

How do I order multiple quantities of the same item?
  • 1. On each product page, use "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart.
  • 2. In your shopping cart there is a column labeled "Quantity." Type in the number for the quantity you wish to order and press the "Update" button. This will update your quantity and the subtotal for your order.

How do I add different items to my shopping cart?
Find a product you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button. This takes you to your shopping cart page. Click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of your shopping cart. Find another product you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product description page. Continue this process until you have added all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart.

Can I cancel my order/item?
All products ordered which has not been shipped out of our warehouse can be cancelled (via E-mail) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM EST). Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled.     When will my order ship?
    We will ship out your order as soon as we confirm your credit card and billing information. Our cut off time is 1:00PM EST. All orders placed after 1:00PM EST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process order during weekend. All orders that are placed after 1:00pm EST on Friday and before 1:00pm EST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders. DailyVita.com does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

    Will you notify me when my order has been shipped so I can trace my order?
    Yes. If you provide your email address, when your order leave our warehouse, we will email you the tracking number and the package carrier name which you can trace your order at the carrier"s website.   Also you can always login to your account to find out all your orders' current status.  If you have any questions regarding your order status, please email us at sales@DailyVita.com and use your invoice number for reference.
