Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice daily, preferably with or before meals as needed.
Free of: sugar, yeast, salt, starch, corn, soy, wheat, gluten, milk, egg and preservatives.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin (capsule) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
