- How do I earn Reward Points?
Earn 5 points back as rewards on every dollar spent on product purchases at DailyVita.com. Also, you will earn extra points when your referred friends place the first order. Please see "How do I earn referral points" for detail.
- When will I receive my Reward Points?
When an order is placed, the total amount* of the order (minus coupons, gift certificates, shipping fee and taxes) will be used to calculate the amount of Reward Points. These points will be added to your Reward Points account as "pending points". All pending points will be listed in your Reward Points account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by DailyVita.com.
Once the "pending points" have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points and they are ready for you to use in the next purchase. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.
Normally your points would be approved after 30 days from the date of your order was shipped.
- What is the value of my Reward Points?
You will earn 5 points for every $1.00 spent at DailyVita.com. Every point is equaled to: $0.01.
For example:
Products Cost: $100.00
Points Earn: 500
Points Value: $5.00

- How do I redeem my Reward Points?
You can use your approved Reward Points anytime for any purchase at DailyVita.com. You can check the box in Reward Points Redemptions section on Payment Information page to use your points during checkout process.
Continue to Order Confirmation page to verify the value of the points redeemed towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Reward Points account will be updated and the points used will be deducted from your balance. Your reward points will expire one year after it is approved.
- Is there any minimum points required to redeem my points?
No. There is no minimum amount is required to redeem your points. Please note: you'll still need to select another payment method if there isn't enough in your Reward Points account to cover the cost of your purchase.
- Is there a minimum purchas amount required to redeem my points?
Yes, a minimum of $5.00 in total (per purchase) is required before any Points Redemptions can take place.
- Is there a maximum point redemption allowed per order?
No. You can redeem as many or as few points as you want in any order.
- Will I earn points from shipping fee?
No. Shipping fees are excluded when calculating the amount of points earned.
- Will I earn points from taxes?
No. Taxes are excluded when calculating the amount of points earned.
- Will I earn points from discounted products?
Yes. All products purchases are included when calculating the amount of points earned.
- Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?
Yes. However, the amount of points earned will be re-calculated from the remaining amount of purchase, which excludes the redeemed points value, gift certificates, coupons, shipping fee and taxes.
- How do I earn referral points?
You can earn extra points when your referred friends place an order. When your referred friends place the first order, ask he/she to enter your registered email address with us in the Referrals section on Payment Information page during checkout process. After we process your referred friends' first completed and approved order, we will reward your Reward Points account with 500 points.
The more first time orders we receive from your referrals, the more reward points you will receive.
- Is there a limit to the rewards I can earn?
No. You can earn unlimited reward points and spend them on any purchase at DailyVita.com at anytime.
- Can anyone enroll in DailyVita.com Reward Points Program?
Yes. The program is available to any DailyVita.com customers around the world.
- Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Rewards points are not transferable.
- What is the Conditions of Use?
- Only one referred customer per household permitted and referred customer may not live in the same household as the referring customer.
- Referred customer must be a new customer who provides your correct referral email address during checkout at the time of purchase.
- Only the initial purchase from the referred customer is eligible.
- Reward Points are only available to registered DailyVita.com members.
- Reward Points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only validated at DailyVita.com.
- Reward Points are non-refundable and non-transferable between members.
- Reward Points are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.
- Reward Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.
- When buying with Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Reward Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
- When calculating the amount of points earned, shipping fee, taxes, coupons and gift certificates are excluded.
