UUSTAR CORP DBA DailyVita is seeking operations research analyst to assist management carry out project tasks to develop, design, automate, compile, prepare, analyze, summarize and test information used for claim, operational, and/or financial needs. Using technology to collect, evaluate and analyze management information in order to provide observations and recommendations.
Key Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Operations analysis, financial and cost accounting, business planning and analysis, performance reporting and variance analysis.
- Provide high quality and proactive analytical decision making support to senior management in regard to all phases of business operations, cost accounting, planning, performance evaluation and capital investment analysis.
- Collaborate with senior managers to identify a variety of current operation problems and to clarify management objectives.
- Collect and analyze information from a variety of sources to evaluate organization performance, and recommend solutions to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
- Preparing Capital Expenditure requests and monthly financial statement analysis.
- Help develop operations budgets and forecasts, assist to manage projects, employees and client relationships.
- Perform special project studies and analysis using quantitative tools, techniques, including classical statistics, decision theory, regression and simulation.
- The Operations Research Analyst reports to General Manager on all matters relating to the research in support of strategic planning, business development and business evaluation and assessment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, master degree in Public Administration, Business Administration or related field or closely related field preferred.
- Proficiency in research and database management, and demonstrated knowledge of quantitative analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Thorough understanding of the operation and management of an organization
- Ability to understand and master new concepts and software quickly
- Proficient in applying financial and management accounting concepts and principles
- Knowledge of international trade, especially Chinese commercial policy and foreign trade policy

Job Titles: Marketing Research Analyst
The Marketing Research Analyst Responsibilities include:
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and market related information to increase profitability, productivity and market knowledge. The analyst will gather and report market information related to market share, pricing, competitor costs and capacity utilization. The analyst will be expected use this information to draw conclusions and make recommendations regarding the company’s approach to the market. This position will also create custom and standardized reports; conduct quantitative business analyses and provide support for various sales functions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, research, analyze, evaluate, synthesize and report market data/competitive intelligence such as, and not limited to; sales and pricing trends, market share, competitor costs, industry production and storage locations, capacity utilization and apparent market strategies
- Maintain and operate market/bid modelling tool and report findings
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and logistics to understand and model industry cost and margin structure
- Use of mapping software to graphically represent geographic sales and pricing data
- Ability to draw conclusions, challenge assertions, identify trends and implications
- Focus on inventory performance, related processes, and service level continuous improvements
Qualifications:
- Able to possess working knowledge of supply chain management and distribution systems
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking both English and Chinese
- Understand Asian culture and able to communicate with vendors and wholesale clients in Asia
- Candidate must be very detail-oriented and deliver work with accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, verbal, and analytic skills on multiple business levels.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

- Use cloud-base inventory control system to organize and locate inventory;
- Negotiate price and transportations arrangements with our Chinese packaging service providers;
